service to our valued clients. As a Call Confirmer, you'll play a crucial role in

ensuring client satisfaction by confirming appointments, managing the

calendar and providing top-notch support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confirm appointments with clients via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client information in our database.
• Manage the calendar and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong computer skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• 2+ years’ experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work nights and weekends if required.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
