Job Description

We are looking for applicants that have experience with administrative work, customer care, or sales experience. Our main office is in Donelson, TN at 2259 Jackson Downs Blvd. This position in based in our Nashville office and involves working offsite partially during the week.

Position Requirements:

  • Loves helping customers and supporting our field team with a friendly attitude and sense of humor.
  • Great follow-up and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for texting, email and phone communication
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment - we like to say "It's never a dull day"
  • Proficient with technology and can learn our computer system
  • Ability to pass certification test

As a Customer Care Team Member, we will teach you:

  • How to answer customer questions over the phone as well as text and email
  • Schedule appointments
  • Explain/sell services to new customers
  • Follow up on sales leads
  • Logistics - cross trained on routing/optimizing daily work for service team
  • Accounts receivable
  • Support our field team and ensure their days run smoothly

Work From Home Benefit:

  • Minimum of the first 90 days upon hire is in office for training at 2259 Jackson Downs Blvd, Nashville, TN 37214
  • We provide laptop, monitors and headset along with a remote work office stipend
  • Require a fast, stable internet connection. We provide an internet stipend.
  • Quiet uninterrupted workspace
  • Report to office 1-2 times per week on rotation for team meetings, team building and to help train newer team members

Schedule, Benefits & Perks:

  • Hours are 7:15 - 4:30
  • No Nights and No Weekend Work

  • Hybrid 4-Day Work Week (4-5-4-5 Workday Schedule)
