Wilson Alber's, an Alera Group Company, is seeking a Lead Human Resource Service Partner to join our Human Resource team. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule and is primarily a remote "work from home" position, with limited office visits required!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with other HR team members to execute all activities related to the HR function for our clients.
  • Communicate, plan, and prioritize to properly execute daily responsibilities.
  • Utilize multiple technologies, such as Excel, Word, Adobe, and HRIS systems to execute projects and track/share information.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with clients and co-workers for the overall good of the business.
  • Lead strategic planning efforts within the HR function, aligning initiatives with the overall business objectives and long-term vision.
  • Provide expertise and guidance in financial planning related to HR initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Act as a mentor and coach to junior HR team members, fostering their professional development and growth within the organization.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively to other team members across different organizational levels, supporting task execution, and ensuring successful completion.
  • Manage project and retainer budgets and engage in discussions with clients regarding service financials.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of seven (7) years of HR experience preferred.
  • SHRM and/or PHR Certification required.
  • Experience working with customers/clients.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite systems.
Perks & Compensation:

Flexible schedule, mostly remote work, with in-office engagements as needed for client meetings or team collaboration.

Competitive Base Salary: Starting at $90k

Incentive Compensation Eligible:
  • Revenue-Based Salary: Earn 7% of the revenue you generate.
  • Team Incentives: Annual bonuses (paid quarterly) between $2k-4k available upon successfully meeting team objectives.
