You will have a primary focus on litigation in state and federal court, False Claims Act litigation, and healthcare fraud and abuse enforcement actions and investigations. Work from home flex.

What You’ll Bring & What You’ll Do:

• Juris Doctor from top tier school
• Member of the California Bar
• Former Clerkship a plus
• 1-4 years healthcare litigation experience
• Superior writing, advocacy, and communication skills.
• Passion for healthcare law
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to healthcare law and litigation matters.
• Assist in the preparation of cases for hearings, trials, and appeals.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and regulatory agencies.
