We have an exciting opportunity to join our information technology team as an Identity and Access Management Analyst I.

POSITION SUMMARY

The role of an IAM Analyst I at Ardent is to work with various departments within our organization to help drive access control initiatives in support of internal policies, regulatory compliance, and industry standards. The IAM Analyst role provides IAM expertise and guidance to various business units and works closely with IT and cybersecurity groups to gather identity and access management requirements to design and implement access controls across all systems in support of IT and cybersecurity strategies.
Responsibilities:
  • Ability to close minimum incident metrics a week
  • Ability to resolve minimum task metrics a week
  • Account provisioning and deprovisioning across multiple hospital systems
  • Work password resets and lockouts in Active Directory
  • May handle Information Management analysis for applications and may conduct user entitlement reviews to ensure compliance
  • Responsible for the user identity administration
  • Perform other functions as assigned
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
  • 0-2 years security provisioning experience
  • Technical degree or related experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Attention to detail
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications ie Active Directory and O365
  • Effective communication skills
  • Capability to quickly learn
  • Ability to work independently on daily work
  • Working knowledge of typical application life cycle development processes
  • Advanced Excel skills for documentation
  • Must be detail oriented with excellent documentation skills
  • Demonstrate problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues
  • Able to think logically and analytically in a problem-solving environment
