Litigation Associate Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• JD from an accredited law school
• State Bar admission in office jurisdiction
• 1-4 years of litigation experience, healthcare law focus preferred
• Ability to manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to healthcare law and litigation matters.
• Assist in the preparation of cases for hearings, trials, and appeals.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and regulatory agencies.
