Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers who have expressed interest in our services.
- Conducted inbound sales calls and responded to inquiries via email or other communication channels.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our offerings
- Address any questions or concerns potential customers may have
- Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure a seamless sales experience for customers
- Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions in our CRM system
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to position our products or services effectively
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite is a plus
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve
