The Talent Acquisition Director will lead a team of talent acquisition professionals dedicated to the recruitment of talent in our Sports & Entertainment business in the United States. This position will deliver on operational and strategic initiatives for both salaried, salaried non-exempt and high-volume hourly roles in support of new and existing business talent needs. Reporting to the VP, TA Field Recruiting, you will ensure alignment between the Talent Acquisition team and field partners/hiring managers with a focus on enabling business goals through proven and innovative recruitment strategies.

Job Responsibilities

Team Leadership
? Provide strategic and operational leadership for recruiting team and act as a strong role model, motivating for growth while driving a high level of performance
? Coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team to ensure it has the right skills, insights, resources, and tools to meet its objectives and serve as talent advisors to the business
? Champion consistency and a strong client and customer service orientation to ensure value-add client support
? Receive, manage, and satisfactorily resolve escalations and apply lessons learned across organization
? Develop and implement innovative candidate sourcing strategies that include networking on and offline, identifying viable passive candidates, develop and maintain a current, active, competitive sourcing inventory to cultivate relationships with passive candidates, leveraging colleague referrals, attracting a diverse range of candidates, systematize the competitive analysis and cross business and regional sourcing activities and results. Participate in recruiting events, and utilizing social media tools and resources
? Exemplify Aramark culture and values both within the business and in all customer and client-facing activities
? Establish and promote team as a credible, trustworthy, and capable resource within the organization


Build Strong Relationships with Business Stakeholders

? Develop strong partnerships with Field HR Directors in assigned businesses to understand current talent needs and forecast for anticipated needs; proactively identify strategies to address
? Meet regularly with Operational leaders to understand challenges and create tailored recruiting solutions to ensure businesses are supported
? Analyze and deliver functional metrics and insights to communicate progress toward goals, act as a talent acquisition advisor and SME, identify challenged areas and develop action plans
? Focus on continuous improvement in process, service delivery and stakeholder management


Champion Talent Acquisition Strategy & Initiatives

? Develop and execute business specific recruiting strategies in partnership with the business and key stakeholders in Talent Acquisition
? Support emerging strategies and Talent Acquisition priorities, applying best practices to implement organizational direction
? Develop and execute recruiting strategies to address high-volume hourly openings inclusive of hiring events, utilization of artificial intelligence and evaluation of new tools
? Advancing the Talent Acquisition focus of the S&E talent management strategy and partnering with the S&E HR Team to understand the full picture of the strategy and Talent Acquisition?s crucial role
? Drive X-LOB and account engagement (events, talent sharing, etc.)
? Partner closely with VP, Field Recruiting, peer TA Directors and Centralized Support & Innovation team to develop policies, programs, and processes aligned with strategic objectives
? Partner with Centralized Support & Innovation team to deploy recruiting innovations as part of business specific recruiting strategies
? Develop & communicate Aramark brand across businesses nationwide

Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree required
? Minimum of 7 - 10 years of recruiting / talent acquisition experience with proven results in a large, full-life cycle recruiting environment
? Minimum of 3 years? experience managing and developing a recruiting / talent acquisition team
? Developed a strategic road map for Talent Acquisition?designing a strategy, setting, and achieving goals, building a team, driving process improvement, and increasing internal client satisfaction
? Managed recruiting budget, including allocation of resources and funding
? Experience driving efficiencies using technologies, process and workflows
? Demonstrated experience leveraging social media and internet research in support of creative sourcing
? Leadership and influence skills; ability to effectively communicate & network at both executive and operational levels
? Understanding of recruiting environments, competitive landscape, and emerging trends
? Active participation in professional organizations, preferably in Committee leadership roles
? Excellent written and verbal communications skills
? Experience acquiring talent in a geographically distributed field organization
? Experience partnering at all levels of an organization, from staff to leadership
? Adaptability with experience in managing in an evolving environment
? Analytical skills and detail orientation
? Proficient skills with Microsoft Office and Enterprise-level ATS solution
