We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical or laboratory sales, possess strong negotiation skills, and excel in analyzing market trends and customer needs.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals

- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals

- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to drive sales growth

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction

- Manage key accounts and oversee the account management process

- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in medical or laboratory sales

- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

- Previous experience in outside medical sales or account management is preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and CRM software

- Excellent customer service skills
