BrightView is looking for an enthusiastic Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team in Los Angeles, CA! Experience with ABA and talent acquisition required!

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Full-Time Staffing Coordinator to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and performing reference checks.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Able to conduct large volume of interviews for the behavior technician position
  • Utilize interview skills to select best candidates for open positions
  • Able to understand Behavior Technician’s role and hiring needs
  • Supports the recruiting and hiring process
  • Acts as a liaison between recruiting assistants, candidates, and clinical team
  • Assists with placement of new hires onto client clinical teams
  • Ensures that company’s staffing needs are met
  • Assisting in the hiring process by preparing and extending offers, executing candidate negotiations, and performing reference checks
  • Partner with HR Coordinators & teammates to discuss recruitment strategy
  • Accurately manage new hire workflow in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated success in full cycle recruitment
  • Proven interviewing skills, brand ambassador that can quickly assess candidate’s skill set, knowledge, and cultural fit
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to foster relationships with both employees and candidates
  • Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Knowledge of characteristics needed to deliver exceptional behavior therapy to clients with autism or other special needs
  • General understanding of state and federal labor laws
  • Able to use ATS and HRIS software
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not necessary
  • A professional, yet friendly demeanor
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
