Graham Healthcare Group is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist that will successfully recruit qualified personnel within all services lines and territories of our ABA Behavioral Health company, Surpass Behavioral Health. At Surpass Behavioral Health, we provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and teens with autism. This position is based out of our Nashville, TN office. EST/CST time zones preferred.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain responsibility for full lifecycle of recruiting from sourcing to closing the position including candidate presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components
  • Identify sourcing strategies for all positions within the organization and identify future talent needs by proactively recruiting and sourcing; developing a talent pool
  • Develop networking relationships, conduct cold calls, and build an in-house database of candidates
  • Identify, create, and foster relationships with various organizations, colleges, and diverse professional organizations and attend job fairs
  • Collaborate with clinics and leadership to maintain an up-to-date listing of current openings and build relationships
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews of potential recruits
  • Maintain interview guides for each position to ensure hiring of most qualified individuals
  • Follow up with candidates for selection or non-selection in a timely manner

Qualification Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required, preferred BS/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
  • Two years prior recruitment/human resources experience required
  • ABA or behavioral health recruiting experience preferred
  • High volume recruitment experience preferred
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards. Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and databases.
