We deliver high-quality inbound calls from prospects ready to enroll, setting you up for success and helping you achieve up to $120,000 per year with an aggressive commission structure and performance bonuses.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish: All interactions with prospects are conducted in Spanish.
• Active Health Insurance License: ACA experience is required, and additional state licenses are a bonus.
• FFM Certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking skills, and proficiency with multiple computer programs.
• A proven ability to meet sales targets and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
• Fast typing skills (60 wpm+ preferred) with high accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability, a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.

Work Schedule:

This is a flexible, contract role operating Monday through Saturday. During peak enrollment periods (Nov 1 - Jan 31), agents have the opportunity to work Saturdays for additional earning potential. The more you put in, the more you earn!
