The Position: We’re looking for an Account Management Associate. The pay range we’re offering is based upon application resume and experience.

Requirements:
· 1-3 years customer service experience (preferred)
Responsibilities:
· Triage and resolution of client/member service needs
· Engagement & discussion with clients on account needs
· Working with Client Executive(s) on account needs
· Other tasks as assigned by Client Executives and Company Leadership
