Stones River is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting internal and external customers by providing progressive updates, and billing information to both.
Responsibilities:
- Incoming and Outgoing Phone calls
- Processing of customer service requests
- Updating customer portals
- Working with Stones River Service Coordinators and notifying customers of service dates
- Uploading documentation to customer portals as well as accounting/work order system
- Data entry
Qualifications:
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have a working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Must have at least 3 years of service customer care experience
