Northwest Dental Benefits (NWDB) is seeking an experienced Account Manager to expand our Membership across Idaho. As an Account Manager, you will support our growth efforts by developing and maintaining strong relationships with Groups, Members, Brokers, Practices, and other relevant parties. Your responsibilities will include:

· Schedule monthly check-ins with Groups & Brokers and host quarterly Lunch & Learns.

· Generate new business through prospecting and lead generation.

· Increase Membership in existing Groups.

· Address questions & concerns and develop strategies to strengthen relationships.

· Design, implement, facilitate, and track efforts in increasing Membership.

· Represent NWDB at in-person events, including Benefit Fairs and community affairs.

· Communicate cohesively with Marketing, Operations, and Finance.

· Travel between network areas as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

· 2+ years experience in Account Management or similar field.

· Licensed, or willing to become immediately licensed, in Medical & Disability Insurance in the state of Idaho.

· Valid driver’s license and means of transportation.

Preferred:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

· Experience in the insurance or dentistry fields.

·Strong connections in the state of Idaho.
