Job Description

The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities Division.

 

Under the general supervision of the Office Manager, this position is responsible for organizing and coordinating the flow of work for the Division. This involves complex and occasionally confidential material related to treatment as well as information compiled by division staff or independent contractors for distribution to interested parties including, but not limited to, consumer and advocacy groups, outside agencies, legislators, or providers.

Qualifications for this Career Opportunity

 

  • Ability to operate personal computer and software including MS Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and other state approved software.

  • Ability to use multiple phone lines, operate a laser printer, typewriter, calculator, copier, fax, as well as other general office equipment including various types of audio-visual equipment.

  • Ability to cooperate with other staff and demonstrate respect for other employees which contributes to a positive and efficient working environment.

  • Meet minimum qualifications:

    • Highschool diploma or equivalent

    • Three to four years of job-related work experience.

    • Combination of education and work experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
