Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant / Client Management Specialist / Legal Assistant to join our small but busy law firm! You will perform client management and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Job title is flexible and involves the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Screen prospective clients and onboard new clients
  • Manage existing client requests, update clients as needed
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Invoice clients, enter payments and related 'light' bookkeeping
  • Assist in organizing online client files
  • Data entry in client management software
  • Perform general administrative tasks (all remote)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Comfortable talking on the phone, obtaining key information from callers
  • Experience with client management software required (e.g. CLIO, Zola / Caret, Abacus Law)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
