Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent customer service? Northwest Steamers is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting the growth and success of our business.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.Schedule appointments and coordinate with our team to ensure efficient service delivery.Maintain accurate records of customer information, appointments, and payments using our database system.Assist with invoicing, billing, and other administrative tasks as needed.Support the administrative needs of our management team, including scheduling meetings and preparing documents.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not required.
