Position Summary: As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks and communication within the company. This part-time position offers the flexibility of working from home while requiring attendance at company meetings as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Listings Management: Create and manage job listings on platforms such as Indeed, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately reflect our hiring needs.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Detail Orientation: Ensure all tasks are completed with high attention to detail, including proofreading documents and managing project-related information.
  • Excel Proficiency: Utilize Excel to manage data, create reports, and assist with project tracking.
  • Phone Communication: Make phone calls as needed to communicate with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Meeting Participation: Attend company meetings as required, contributing to discussions and taking notes as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and job listing platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Must reside in Billings or the surrounding area to attend meetings as needed.
