6 month contract with potential for hire

Location: Malvern, PA (one day a week on-site roughly- majority of work can be done remotely)

Title: Administrative Coordinator

Hourly rate: $18 to $22 an hour

Essential Responsibilities

1. Build collaborative relationships and provide proactive, high-quality administrative support to the team and volunteer leaders.

2. Provide administrative support for the Membership, Chapter and Programming Teams

3. Support chapter activities related to set up and management of events, including schedules and sponsor logo representations; create and distribute accurate and timely reports.

4. Provide chapter administration management, including distribution of chapter guidelines, event forms, training videos, chapter finance reports, and the like.

5. Communicates and guides volunteer leaders to effectively utilize resources and tools available to them (i.e. chapter guidelines, training videos, etc.).

6. Assists with the processing of new member applications and general member updates.

7. Assists the programming team with speaker management including collecting speaker profiles, training materials, providing Cvent support for events, SME communications, etc.

8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to present information and respond to questions professionally and effectively, conversationally and in written communications

Education and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience.

2. 1-3 years’ experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

3. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint required.

4. Prior experience in a not-for-profit or membership associate is a plus.

Special Working Conditions and Physical Demands

1. Significant percentage of workday seated.

2. Ability to work under deadlines and changing priorities.

3. Ability to travel for local and out-of-state company hosted conferences and events, as needed.

Organizational Relationships

1. This position reports to the VP, Member Experience.

2. This position has no direct reports.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
