Job Description

We are seeking an Appointment Setter to join our team! You will be responsible for finding and identifying qualified leads for a financial advisory firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Find and identify qualified leads
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Set an appointment with the advisor, forwarding the lead on

Qualifications:

  • Ability to build rapport with potential clients
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The firm is paying out commissions for appointment setters, and as a result, is happy to hire on anybody who believes they can make sales.

There is a bounty of $250/$100K AUM for every lead that converts into a client.

That means that if the client signs on, you receive a bonus based on how much money they bring to the firm. You make $250 for every $100,000 in assets brought under management. A client with a million dollars in assets would net you $2,500! That is the average size of most clients.

For clients bringing in less than $100k, you will be paid $250 as if they did bring $100K.
