Please note: We ate looking for someonebilingual Spanish who will work remotely, much of the time. You will be required to come into the office sometimes for training and meetings. We need someone local to either Austin, Houston, San Antonio or El Paso.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in our company and services.
• Utilize strong communication skills to engage with prospects and provide information about products/services.
• Meet daily/weekly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of results and output.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
• Continuously improve telemarketing techniques to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
• Proven track record in customer service and sales
• Experience in telemarketing and outbound calling
• Familiarity with organizing your tasks and results
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle warm calling
• Prior experience in B2B sales and business development
