Employment type: Full-time – Year-round
Travel %: 50% between 3 assets
Salary range: $75,000- $85,000
Bonus eligible: up to 10% of annual salary

INTRODUCTION TO ROLE

As an Area Manager, you will oversee the operations of multiple locations within a designated area. You will work closely with property leaders to ensure each location meets or exceeds its operational and financial goals. Your role will involve implementing company policies and procedures, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance, and providing support and guidance to the property leaders and their teams.

    • Gulf Breeze
    • Mobile West
    • Bay Palms

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Manage and oversee the operations of multiple locations within the designated area.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for each location and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure company policies, procedures, and standards compliance.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to the property leaders and their teams.
  • Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among employees.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, human resources, accounting, and FP&A, to achieve company goals.
  • Prepare and present reports on area performance, trends, and opportunities to senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in hospitality management, with a track record of success in driving results.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of operations, including budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area as needed.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms and requires the ability to lift office products and supplies to 20 pounds occasionally.

The hospitality environment is fast-paced, and you may sometimes be required to cover or assist with tasks/job functions outside of the job you were hired for. We require each of our team members to have an All-Hands-On-Deck mindset. This means you may be tasked with other functions and are expected to complete those tasks with the same enthusiasm and dedication as expected with your normal job duties.
