We are looking for an associate attorney with litigation experience to join our first party insurance practice! Responsibilities will include representing insureds when they've been denied on a claim. You will handle your own case load, prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of your clients, negotiate settlements for legal disputes and perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. 

Qualifications: 

Previous litigation experience (first party is a plus) including but limited to taking depositions, preparing for and attending motion hearings and/or trial and advocating for your clients at mediation; strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to build rapport with clients; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
