Position Overview

As an Associate, Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our client accounts, as well as provide support to our account directors.


How you’ll make an impact


  • Campaign management: work with senior-level team members to concept and strategize campaign execution and assets that break the mold.
  • Support and facilitate communication between the client team and other internal teams, as well as with vendors, strategic partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling content, such as social media posts, digital ad copy, weekly client reports, earned media copy, memos, and other marketing materials.
  • Project management: map out a timeline and a plan for execution that ensures client projects are delivered on time and with the highest quality of excellence. This involves direct communication and expectation setting with all involved parties, both internal and external.
  • Maintain a record of all client communications, creative assets, and project details for the internal team to reference at a moment's notice.

Why we’ll love you


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Political Science is preferred
  • 1 - 3 years of related experience in a campaign or agency environment preferred (public affairs, communications, or public relations)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Receptive to feedback and a team player who’s eager to jump in and get the job done
  • Excellent client servicing and a strong investment in learning about clients inside and out
  • High level of motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency setting
