Job Summary:
We are seeking someone to fill our position as Association Executive. The ideal candidate will work from home, have good organizational and administrative skills, along with light bookkeeping experience and good people skills.
Responsibilities:
- Light Bookkeeping using Quickbooks
- On-board new members in the association
- Create agendas and attend board meetings and membership meetings
- Send out annual dues notices and track dues payments.
- Attend out of town business conferences and AE training several times a year
- Organize the weekly Broker Tours
- Maintain member records on the National database
- Set up for the bimonthly (twice a month) meetings
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good people skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, QuickBooks, and other office management tools
- Flexible schedule
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $3,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
