There are 2 roles available, you will be assessed on your natural skillset to best align you.

Requirements:

• Valid P&C license required for hire
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Compensation Package: Here's the breakdown of the 2 different roles

• The Sales Role is $3500 per month ($42,000 per year) + Tiered commission structure + Quarterly Bonus (Up to $10K based on business metrics) - OTE for Year 1 is over $74,000
• The Customer Service role is $3750 per month ($45,000 per year) + Bonus and is $60,000 for on target earnings per year.
• PTO: 5 Paid Days in the first year.
