Conduct and attend meetings with business and technical teams to determine required outcomes and negotiate information sharing plans
Ensure Bridgestone standards are maintained in all electronic solutions while escalating outliers and exceptions
Create clear, concise, and accurate documentation for all system/file integrations
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure customer onboarding is successful and sustainable long term
Perform root cause analysis of errored billing and implement appropriate resolution
Support new technologies on Bridgestone’s roadmap with order to cash functional expertise
Develop processes to identify and resolve billing errors and rejects while improving quality with effective communication
Foster excellent customer/client relationships to ensure understanding of proposed electronic solutions
Continually improve procedures and processes while optimizing automation and electronic processing
Provide resolution to unusual and non-recurring items while developing sustainable solutions and effective communications
Lead medium to large projects while providing recommendations for continuous improvement
Use effective verbal and written communication to build strong relationships, share recommendations and knowledge to a diverse audience including cross functional teams, internal customers, external clients and senior management
Independently establish own work priorities by using appropriate tools and approach for work assignments and projects
Work with field and sales management regarding strategic and sensitive customer issue
Cross functional collaboration and training with delivery center professionals
Related bachelor’s degree required with at least 5 years of related work experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, and EDI Processing or other relevant ERP Billing Software
