Position Summary:

Build your career while you learn how to support and expand campaign operations and donor engagement for UCLA’s Donor Engagement team. As our Campaign Operations Coordinator you will bring your creativity, resourcefulness, keen level of attention to detail and ability to manage a multitude of projects to a role where you can learn about fundraising, campaign operations and how we support our donor engagement programs and activities. . Our team is always engaged, sharing information and working together to meet and exceed the goals of our fundraising staff and leadership in the work that they do. Salary & Compensation: *UCLA provides a full pay range. Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.   • Graphic design experience. (Preferred)
  • Ability to learn and deliver customer service skills such as interacting in a friendly, professional manner and responding quickly and appropriately to requests. (Required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Required)
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, take initiative, be resourceful and make decisions. (Required)
  • Ability to research, gather, analyze, and synthesize information from sources such as online searches, databases and files. (Required)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships. (Required)
  • Ability to work as part of a team, be detail oriented, organized and meet deadlines. (Required)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and to use discretion. (Required)
  • Proficiency with business software such as Google docs, Google forms, Word, Excel, and Outlook, and databases. (Required)
