As a cornerstone of our client engagement team, you will play a vital role in turning inquiries into long-lasting client relationships.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Booking Agent skilled in lead conversion and sales to manage client interactions and maximize booking opportunities. Your primary role will be to convert client inquiries into confirmed appointments, enhancing revenue and ensuring client satisfaction. We are big on accountability and metrics so you will have clear expectations on what you need to get done and how to get there. Role expansion is possible in the future for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively convert inquiries into booked photo sessions through effective sales techniques.
  • Schedule and manage the studio calendar to optimize client bookings and studio operations.
  • Provide exemplary customer service, offering detailed information on services, packages, and promotions to encourage booking decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client communications, bookings, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with team to understand client needs and improve service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • A people person; you like listening to people and being encouraging. We have all the talk paths but we want you to be able to have a great conversation over the phone and texting. This means a bubbly personality but you also know when to listen not talk.
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record in lead conversion. We have goals and expectations and we are a winning environment. The right teammate wants to surpass those expectations.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a high-touch environment.
  • Proficient with CRM software and scheduling tools. You’ll also need a laptop and stable internet connection. All your work is on the computer so we need you to be really comfortable with that. You also need a quiet environment for calls.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
