Job Description

**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial record-keeping, utilizing QuickBooks Online, and possess a strong understanding of accounting principles.

**Duties:**

- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records

- Utilize technical accounting skills to ensure compliance with GAAP standards

- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation

- Manage general ledger accounting tasks

- Process debits and credits accurately

- Pay bills and prepare invoices

**Skills:**

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks online

- Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation procedures

- 10-key typing proficiency for efficient data entry

- Ability to perform account analysis and reconciliation effectively

- Familiarity with general ledger accounting practices
