Title of Position: Process and Data Analyst I

Position Type: Full-Time. Regular hours include Monday to Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Compensation Range: $28.00/hr. - $36.50/hr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*

Location: Hybrid/Remote opportunity for candidates residing ONLY in NY, NJ or PA

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • You will partner with stakeholders to elicit business requirements and assist in the implementation of process improvement and process re-engineering projects.
  • You will be a contributor in productively moving work through the requirements-to-release pipeline. You will act as the liaison between technical development and project stakeholders to facilitate communication, consistency, and maintain project scope.
  • You will be responsible for conducting process audits and performance assessments on new and existing solutions to ensure effectiveness.
  • You will also provide training and support to team members to ensure that best practices are followed.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • An associate degree required with 1-3 years of related process improvement experience. 3-5 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
    • Competency in project management and process re-engineering using a combination of related tools and other technologies is expected.
    • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
    • Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.
    • Symitar infrastructure or other financial industry core platform.
