Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate with a passion for automotive and car audio systems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and good knowledge of car audio technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls of customers to handle inquiries and promote products
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Understand customer needs and requirements, and recommend appropriate products
• Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives
• Attend sales meetings, trainings, and events as required

Qualifications

• Must have good English communication skills
• 2+ years of inbound and outbound sales experience preferably with experience in the automotive or car audio industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of car audio technology and products
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite
