Role Profile: Brand and Product Manager 

Scorecard (KPIs): 

1. Build and manage an affiliate program generating $2,000,000 in annual revenue 2. Increase market share by 15% within the 2nd year 

3. Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of ≥ 90% 

4. Launch 3 successful live streaming events per week 

5. Maintain a product return rate below 1% 

6. Launch 3 new products annually 

7. Achieve annual sales revenue of $2 million+ 

8. Maintain a gross profit margin of ≥ 40% 

9. Secure 10 influencer/creator partnerships weekly 

10. Grow email subscriber list by 25%

13. Launch 3 new marketing campaigns per quarter 

14. Achieve a conversion rate of ≥ 3% from live streaming events

The manager will drive innovation by launching three new products annually and conducting three successful live streaming events per week. Marketing efforts should result in a 25% increase in brand awareness and a 30% rise in website traffic. Building strong relationships with suppliers, influencers, and retail partners is essential, aiming to secure fifteen influencer partnerships annually and achieving a 25% growth in repeat customers. Success also involves increasing market share by 15% within the 2nd year and maintaining a gross profit margin of ≥ 40%.
