PURPOSE:
The Broker Relations Advisor's primary responsibility is to bring the value of CareFirst to the marketplace by engaging and working with CareFirst's distribution channel (brokers). Under the direction of the manager, the Broker Relations Advisor will regularly meet with brokers to advise on CareFirst capabilities and develop strategic plans for future engagement. The incumbent will be responsible for partnering with members of the Sales team to advance and grow the organizations sales portfolio by educating and advising CareFirst's distribution channel.

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree OR In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Licenses/Certifications:
Experience: 5 years in sales, relationship management and/or marketing.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
Salary Range: $61,920 - $122,980
