2. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills: clear, concise, calm and confident conversationalist
3. Address service needs and manage intake of requests, leveraging solution process and partners
4. Maintain expected processing times for tasks in a fast-paced environment, follow-up as needed to ensure the client’s experience is always taken into consideration
5. Initiate or execute client onboarding which may include more complex relationships and/or structures, new product and solution set up, and compliance activities, including monitoring risk reporting to ensure compliance and through to completion
6. Identify referral opportunities through service interactions and sales thought leadership
7. Participate as an integral member of the Business Connect Squad, supporting the delivery of exceptional client service and experience
8. Maintain close partnership with Business Connect Advisors, Integrated Relationship Management partners, operational partners, and support center teams
9. Escalate concerns promptly to their leader for awareness
10. Maintain subject matter expert level of understanding as it relates to client onboarding or client request completion requirements, including but not limited to Know Your Customer requirements and other due diligence process and procedures
11. Support Business Connect Specialist teams as delegated or in the absence of a Specialist Team Lead, potentially including team management, mentoring and meeting leadership tasks
12. Adapt to technology enhancements swiftly and support guiding clients on new digital solutions
13. Mentor less experienced teammates and provide guidance or act as subject matter expert as appropriate
14. Comply with all operational, risk and learning requirements
15. Meet/exceed designated performance metrics
Required Qualifications:

1. Two or more years of related financial services or business banking experience
2. Treasury operations and/or Credit operations experience
3. Highly organized with ability to handle multiple tasks under tight time constraints
4. Demonstrated relationship-building skills with clients, teammates and other internal partners
5. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
6. High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
