Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Sales and Marketing function for our Bangalore location. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and a deep understanding of both Sheet Metal and Fabrication industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Business Development vertical, driving growth and expanding market presence.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of Sheet Metal and Fabrication Industry models to align business strategies and meet customer requirements.
- Spearhead business development initiatives within the Sheet Metal industry, focusing on new business acquisition and mining existing business.
- Oversee the preparation of proposals, costing, and ensure profitability, with a strong emphasis on effective sales management.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and develop strategic plans for new service offerings.
- Excel in prospecting, lead qualification, customer meetings, and identifying customer requirements to propose tailored solutions.
- Achieve annual revenue targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage and guide a team of Sales and Business Development professionals, fostering a results-driven culture and strong teamwork.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in business development, ideally in the Sheet Metal industry.
- Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Strong expertise in sales strategy development, cost analysis, and ensuring profitability.
