Medical Program Call Center

Call Center Support Representative:

The qualified candidate will provide a timely turnaround on mandated tasks including, calling members and answering incoming calls to transcribe their information into our software programs.

The candidate must already be prepared for remote work with at home office environment and technology resources. Must own a smartphone and a laptop, with access to a reliable and secured internet connection.

Primary Responsibilities/Requirements:

● Answer inbound phone system
● Make outbound calls to members via phone, SMS, email, and CRM platform communications
● Input collected data into our patient database
● Must be proficient using Google Suites Workspace
● Must be willing to learn, adapt and be eager to grow with startup
● Must be able to type at least 60 WPM

Skills:

● Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
● Ability to work independently/self-motivated
● Strong organizational and technology navigation skills
● Background in healthcare and EMR systems preferred
● Detail-oriented individual, with strong analytical skills
● Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
● Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to changing job requirements

Location: REMOTE - Michigan
Compensation: Based on Experience
Hours: Full-Time / 40 hours per week

In accordance with HIPAA, this position must maintain the confidentiality of the patient, as well as the company, in all circumstances. This ensures that the confidentiality of data collected and stored is maintained.

Salary: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
