Experience Medial Customer Service Reps needed. Individually performs various call center activities to provide client’s CMS Medicare Advantage Member Support. Receives and places inbound/outbound telephone calls and accurately documents all information pertaining to patients’ accounts.
Fully remote position. Must live in Nevada. Medical customer service experience needed at least 2 years. Candidates must provide own equipment no reimbursement . Will need 1 laptop, 1 extra monitor, hardwired internet, No wi-fi, head set to plug in no wireless. Internet speed needs to have 100 Download and 10 upload to be considered Must pass background check Interviews will be virtual as well.. Start date Oct 14th.
