We are looking for a dedicated Remote HR Coordinator to enhance our team. This role, perfect for those seeking a flexible work-from-home opportunity, primarily involves screening candidates through JAZZ HR and directly calling them to evaluate their suitability for various positions within our company. This is a crucial step in ensuring our recruitment process is efficient and effective.


Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Candidate Engagement: Actively call candidates who have applied for various positions. The primary focus is to discuss their application, assess their suitability, and schedule interviews. This task is the most crucial part of the role.

- Candidate Screening and Categorization: Use Jazz HR to screen and categorize candidates based on their qualifications and your phone interactions. Ensure that only candidates who meet our company's standards and job requirements are moved forward in the recruitment process.

- Interview Scheduling and Tracking: Organize interviews within our set window (Monday to Friday, 12pm to 3pm). You will be responsible for managing candidates’ progress in Jazz HR (e.g., Scheduled, No Response, No Longer Interested, Not Enough Experience, etc.).

- Data Management: Accurately maintain and update records in Jazz HR and our internal Google Sheets spreadsheet. This involves diligent attention to detail and consistent updating of candidate information.

- Candidate Follow-Up: Engage in regular communication with candidates to confirm their interview times and assist with any pre-interview queries.

- Weekly Payment Calculation: Compensation includes a base rate of $50 per week, plus an additional $10 for each candidate who attends their scheduled interview.

Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on phone-based interactions.
- Experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in HR software (Jazz HR) and Google Sheets.
- Reliable internet connection for remote work.

Equipment Provided:
-Mobile phones will be provided for work-related tasks.

Compensation:
Fixed weekly rate of $50, plus $10 for each candidate who attends their scheduled interview.
(For example, if 15 candidates attend in a week, the total payment for that week will be $200).
