Job Description

Visiqua is looking for an entrepreneurial self-starter Campaign Manager to be responsible for both onboarding new clients as well as monitoring and optimizing the health and growth of campaigns.


Our clients look to us for revenue solutions; it will be your duty to utilize all available tactics and tools to generate the best outcomes for our clients in the channel(s) and vertical(s) you manage.


You have a sense of urgency, are organized, and communicate succinctly and clearly. You have an analytical mind and enjoy digging into the data, dashboard, and reports, and are also able to distill information to people in ways that are clear and easy to digest. For new campaigns, you will be tasked with taking a sales deal from contract through to campaign launch. For current campaigns, you will be responsible for turning data into actionable insights & recommendations, acting against those recommendations as well as keep a record and log of what happened for future reference.


The ideal candidate will have experience with Excel, online reporting tools and ideally have some interest or experience in digital media campaigns. You will play a significant role in generating and maintaining solid and accurate reporting processes, polished and professional- reports. The role is highly cross-functional with engagement between leadership, operations, development, sales, external clients, and vendors.

This position is remote (hybrid available if within commuting distance to Boulder, CO) and open to candidates living in the following locations:

Colorado, Florida, Illinois, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Wyoming, Puerto Rico


Day in the Life

  • Partnering with both the Sales Reps and the Campaign Operations team, you will be responsible for the onboarding process, taking a business deal from contract through to campaign launch.
  • Develop and implement yield management practices, including pricing optimization and fill rate analysis, with the goal of maximizing performance on Visiqua products.
  • Run and analyze reports. Constantly iterate to improve reporting & associated processes.
  • Problem solve and collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing to resolve outstanding issues and innovate to drive client relationships forward.
  • Foster successful relationships based upon trust and value-creation within the company and with our clients and publishers.
  • Make recommendations on process improvement and operational execution on delivery of data and assets to support internal process.

Here’s what you need to get our attention:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of yield management experience in sales
  • 1 year of experience in a service-based organization (ability to interface with clients)
  • Understanding of insurance and/or home services lead generation is a plus

  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Ability to run reports and analyze data.
  • Experience with online reporting suites such as Google Analytics, Tableau or Airtable.
  • Acute business acumen, and an ability to present and communicate ideas and concepts effectively.
  • Strong levels of emotional intelligence and professionalism.
  • A strong sense of service-based business and urgency.
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and written, with people at all levels of an organization
  • Aptitude to learn new technologies quickly and efficiently.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing environment and metrics or willingness to learn
  • Talent for analytic and quantitative skills
  • Well-developed organizational skills, attention to detail
  • Strong personal time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • An interest in working in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment with changing responsibilities, and a willingness to lend a helping hand wherever it’s needed.

Not required, but will give you an edge:

  • Experience in AdTech or SaaS
  • Interest or experience in lead generation and performance campaigns

COMPENSATION: 65-75K base + quarterly sales incentive
