Job Summary:
Our Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse Clinical Concierge provides real-time Tele-support for our patients, their families, the public, and employees (customers). In this role you will triage incoming communications, ensure proper documentation of activity, schedule appointments, make follow-up calls, problem solve, and connect customers with their needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming and/or make outgoing calls to/from stakeholders, referral sources, and new/current patients for the purpose of providing exceptional patient care & customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multi-task, operate multiple web-based systems simultaneously, access and comprehend information to determine the next steps, and perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Be able to easily accept and adapt to changes in procedures, programs, and/or role functions based on the needs of the company
- Compliance with HIPPA in all interactions
- Create, update and access confidential client data in company Electronic Medical Records with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
- Maintain internal department spreadsheet logs and/or reports.
- Utilizes appropriate supervisors and leaders to discuss, enhance, and resolve issues.
- Complies with acceptable standards and practices.
- Knowledge of government regulations and HCAC standards desired.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Education/Training:
Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with Current licensure to practice in the state of Florida.
Must have sound knowledge and previous experience clinically caring for patients at a medical/surgical level at a minimum.
