Job Overview: As a Central Student Finance Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in executing key finance functions related to student and sponsor accounts. Your responsibilities will include invoicing, account maintenance, query resolution, and ensuring accurate recording of income. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization while supporting the educational aspirations of students worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice students and sponsors promptly, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding payments and overdue accounts.
• Address finance queries from students, parents, agents, and regional offices with efficiency and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of student and sponsor accounts, including tuition, housing, and insurance payments.
• Facilitate instalment plans and process refunds when necessary.
• Assist with invoice reconciliation and agent commissions.
• Identify and process bad debt write-offs in accordance with policies.
• Conduct price checks and update pricing information regularly.
• Review and refine policies, procedures, and terms & conditions as needed.

What you'll have:

• Experience in an accounts receivable role or relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent prioritization and organizational abilities.
• Experience with accounting/operational software.
• Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Compensation & Benefits
