Our client is a growing and top-rated Workers Compensation Claims and Program Administration company. They have an immediate need for a fully-remote Workers Compensation Adjuster to manage claims for the state of New York.

This position can be located anywhere but you MUST have extensive Workers Compensation knowledge and be licensed in the State of New York!

You will be responsible for promptly analyzing and evaluating injury claims to determine coverage, securing statements and managing correspondence between all parties involved, setting reserves and settling claims in a timely manner. May attend pre-trials and other legal proceedings as needed.

Claims counts are kept around 100 to help adjusters provide the level of service clients expect. This caseload includes several highly litigated files. Knowledge in this area is required.
