Job Description:
Gaddiel Home Care Services is seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Recruiter to join our team on a 1099 independent contractor basis. This remote position requires you to have reliable transportation to meet with potential clients and visit local businesses. Your primary goal will be to build and expand our clientele, ensuring that Gaddiel Home Care Services continues to provide exceptional care to those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients in need of home care services. Conduct initial consultations to understand their needs and explain the services offered by Gaddiel Home Care Services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, healthcare facilities, community organizations, and other potential referral sources to generate new client leads.
- Networking: Attend community events, networking functions, and industry conferences to promote Gaddiel Home Care Services and identify potential clients.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential clients and referral sources to nurture relationships and secure new business.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on client acquisition activities, progress towards goals, and market insights to the management team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the care coordination team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and maintain high standards of care.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or client recruitment.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business visits.
- Familiarity with the local market and community organizations.
- High level of self-motivation and goal orientation.

Compensation:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is commission-based.
