Required:
Must live in Maryland
Accepting Psychological Associates and Licenced Clinician Psychologist
Must be licensed or soon to be licensed in Maryland
Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans for clients
- Provide individual, couples and group therapy sessions to clients with mental health concerns
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychodynamic
- Collaborate with clients' families and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
- Provide case management services, including coordinating referrals and resources for clients
- Comple needed paperwork in a timely manner
-Attend meetings and supervison as needed
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, diagnostic criteria, and treatment modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Proficiency in conducting psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based interventions
- Experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Familiarity with working with diverse populations
