THIS IS A FULL-TIME ROLE AS CO-FOUNDER. 50% OF THE STATED COMPENSATION IS IN CASH SALARY AND THE REMAINDER OF THE COMPENSATION IS IN THE FORM OF RESTRICTED STOCK OPTIONS.

NOYACK is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to become Co-Founder and lead our growth through kickass affiliate marketing and partnership lead and grow its and Affiliate channels as the Director of Affiliate Marketing. This role will be highly visible at the most senior levels of NOYACK and will require collaboration across internal management teams. This role will be responsible to grow membership in our club offering throughtlarge audience exposure by accessing partyerns' large audiences. Success in this role will be driven by phenomenal agency and publisher management, inspiring team leadership, strong analytical and critical thinking skills as well as a strong understanding of the digital media landscape. This is a unique opportunity for an affiliate digital marketing leader to join a a startup that is making a significant impact. This role will be remote or hybrid at your choosing. You will be a Co-Founder and will be compensated as one through equity grants not through high base salary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Own and direct partnership strategies by continually evolving NOYACK’s approach to best practices, staying on top of emerging trends and representing the strategic perspective for partnerships with lead generation partners and agencies.
• Develop and implement strategies that build channel differentiation, improve acquisition efficiency, and maximize the contribution of affiliates as a channel.
• Drives performance-oriented Affiliate marketing initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize monthly budget allocation and deliver against Revenue and Net Marketing Cost goals.
• Obsessively focus on lead source quality, developing monitoring solutions and remediation strategies to ensure lead quality remains high.
• Collaborates with data analytics and finance to conduct comprehensive analysis of partner marketing plans and their full funnel success, encompassing the entire customer journey after lead generation, including interactions with our call center and sales teams.
• Partner with data analytics and digital channel managers to understand channel interactions between lead gen partners and internally managed digital channels.
• Generate weekly performance reports and run weekly performance meetings to share results with the broader growth team and leaders across Leaf’s multi-product portfolio.
• Work cross functionally with product to scope and refine cases for initiatives to improve user experience and/or channel performance.
• Establishes and nurtures relationships with NOYACK’s largest publishers and partners to drive new testing ideas.
• Develop a testing roadmap that ensures constant learnings and improvements to the program.
• Prioritize affiliate mar-tech, creative and legal priorities with cross-functional counterparts. Communicates affiliate mar-tech and creative needs and partner spending to leadership and cross-functional counterparts.
• Lead a team of affiliate account managers with a focus on executional excellence in day-to-day management of programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• You built a massive audience (2 million plus) through affiliate marketing and partnerships
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 7+ years of lead-gen and affiliate performance marketing in the consumer internet space for marketplace or ecommerce companies.
• Experience running affiliate and lead-gen programs at scale generating over 10MM in revenue annually.
• Ability to be Team Member #1 building a future team
• A bias toward action: preferring to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “win every day” mentality.
• Knowledge of various affiliate networks and platforms.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, etc.
