Job Overview:
Our Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative will assist the commercial lines team in the day-to-day service and sales associated with our dealer insurance service programs. This position requires a passion for customer service, strong problem solving skills and professional communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Works with and supports commercial lines team & other internal departments to ensure cohesiveness and timeliness of service execution.
- Builds personalized client relationships through demonstrated understanding of the service plan using multiple channels of communication such as phone, email or teams meetings.
- Maintain client information in agency management system to ensure client details are up to date and all correspondence is attached.
- With direction from the commercial lines team, perform transactions and tasks essential to managing programs to include the preparation of coverage documents.
- Verify policy and policy change information, facilitating corrections when necessary.
- Process and follow up on insured requests to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
- Assist clients in submitting first reports of claims, facilitates prompt response from carrier staff and follows up on claims status, according to agency procedures.
Participate in miscellaneous team projects as needed.
Required Education and Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in an insurance agent environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work
- Property & Casualty Agents
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Exceptional written and oral communication
- Experience with MS Office products preferred/required (specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Ability to conduct complex tasks with many concrete
- Experience with an Insurance Agency Management System.

Compensation:
Hourly: $20-$24 based on skills and experience.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Remote: 08:00 AM- 5:00 PM CST
