Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and set appointments for our Senior Advisors.
• Work with leadership to lead event teams, planning, coordinating, and executing both external brand and industry-related events.
• Proactively seek sponsorship opportunities and identify ways to build relationships and engage the community.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in work assignments.
• Actively meet new people, foster relationships, and create a positive and upbeat presence in both professional and social settings.
• Attend school events to build relationships with parents, teachers, and other school administration.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in community engagement, sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, ideal for balancing with your child's school schedule.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google, and other relevant software.
• Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable meeting new people.
• High energy, driven, and able to handle pressure and change.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks.
