Job Purpose/Summary

This position is key in ensuring CIS Community Programs are smoothly and efficiently coordinated, while also providing support to the Executive Director for all program reporting and updates. This program is offered to multiple CIS and GYS sites. A diverse understanding of the organization and operations is ideal. Participation in staffing events may also be required. Ability to work with various work styles is also important. Positivity and professionalism are a key combination as is flexibility and managing many different tasks at one time. This position will perform any and all reasonable and work-related duties assigned by CIS of Nevada Leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities

General Youth Services Programs:

• Coordinates local General Youth Services Programs, this includes developing and maintaining positive relationships with school staff/site administrators and partners.

• Oversees the scheduling, coordination, and data tracking as it pertains to GYS programs.

• Provides Site Coordinators and GYS liaison with support in facilitating paperwork, scheduling and canceling appointments, and any other communication needed with our brokered partners.

• Provides staff and partners with updated information as it pertains to the telehealth program.

Telehealth Program Support:

• Responsible for supporting the telehealth program with multiple parties to complete weekly schedules for partners and each individual site and help with session confirmation

• Facilitates all referrals for the program and ensures that information on referrals is up to date. Communicates with CIS and partners to ensure smooth process and procedures are clearly in place

• Facilitates client surveys as need to support services and data reporting requirements

Administrative Duties:

• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, scheduling Zoom calls, managing calendars, etc.

• Handling incoming calls, returning messages and other communications.

• Managing filing systems, both physical and digital.

• Collect and input data for all programs managed. Track results and provide monthly reports to affiliate leadership.

• Assist with budget oversight and forecasting of managed Program

• Greeting clients and visitors as needed, via phone or in person.

Program Partnership Management

• Manage relationships with partners collaborating on general youth services and community programs.

• Monitor and analyze data for partners, prepare reports for presentation to partners and leadership of performance.

• Create awareness and increase visibility at our GYS sites and ISS model schools of programming., Attend community events with partners to explore how we can deepen and strengthen the programs outside of the CIS Model.

• Monitor contract arrangement with established partners.

Qualifications and Competencies

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.

• Experienced management professional. High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral communication)

• Ability to develop standards to meet HIPPA compliance requirements.

• Well-connected in education, social service and/or business community.

• Excellent organizational, training, coordination, fundraising and leadership skills.

• Sensitivity to needs of youth and diverse ethnic populations.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Work environment is indoors and climate controlled. Maybe exposed to outdoor weather conditions.

• Moderate noise levels as found in a business office and classroom setting.

• Occasional travel required.

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check, possible fingerprinting, and drug screen.

• Use of personal vehicle is required at times.

• Use of personal cell phone is required at times.
